After the retention window expires, your documents are securely deleted.
If you close your account, we retain your data for the regulatory retention window. We do not delete your data immediately upon account closure. If you request deletion before the retention window expires, we will delete your data except where required by law.
If you have not logged into your account for 2 years, we may close your account and delete your data (except where required by law). We will notify you via email before closing your account.
